9 parts are basically theoretical which included exercise physiology, nutrition and fitness, motor learning, sports psychology, sports injuries, biomechanics, sports sociology and sports management.
In practical experience which included physical skills and physical fitness. Students must complete the Physical Fitness Training, at least 2 core sport modules and to be an organizer of community or recreation activities. They are encouraged to learn more sports activities apart from the core modules. To enrich their knowledge in assessing, evaluating and training of their Physical and Health-related fitness through physical activities.
