175 S6 students of our school sat the 2018 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examinations (HKDSE) and achieved remarkable results. The rates of attaining level 2 (pass rate) or above and level 4 (credit rate) or above were 98.6% and 48.8% respectively, which were higher than those of Hong Kong schools. The percentage of students attaining the minimum requirement for university admission (Core Subjects at 3322+2) was 70.3 %, which was also higher than that of Hong Kong schools (37.2%). Moreover, our students attained 24 level 5** and 56 Level 5* in the subjects sat in the 2018 HKDSE.
There were numerous distinguished achievers in the 2018 HKDSE. NG Hung Kai attained level 5** in 3 subjects and level 5* in 1 subject. TAM Shing Hang Boris attained level 5** in 2 subjects and level 5* in 4 subjects. LAM Jinn Laan attained level 5** in 2 subjects and level 5* in 3 subjects. SZE Kai Tik, LEE Yin Ni, CHENG Chun Yin, HUANG Yulei attained level 5** in 2 subjects. The details are shown as follows:
